OUR WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS
In purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by its terms, conditions, disclaimers and limitations of liability. Poppy’s Honey reserves the right to amend or update such terms, conditions, disclaimers and limitations of liability at any time without providing you with notice.

1.	ELIGIBILITY
	a.	You must have a Tax ID or Resellers ID for international customers or an ABN for Australian customers to be eligible.
2.	ORDERING & PRICING
	a.	All prices will be effective from 1st January, 2009 however are subject to change without notice.
	b.	To ensure the Poppy's Honey product range is appropriately represented by wholesalers, an intial minimum order of 84 candles (7 lines x 12 candles) is required.
	c.	A minimum order of $100 will apply to all subsequent purchases (excluding GST and freight).
	d.	All wholesale prices are shown exclusive of GST (however GST will be shown on all invoices).
	e.	The product items offered on www.poppyshoney.com.au are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
	f.	We reserve the right to refuse to accept an order request in whole or in part.
3.	PAYMENT
	a.	As our products are individually crafted, full payment for goods will be required at time of order.
4.	RISK
	a.	The risk in the goods supplied by Poppy’s Honey to you shall pass to you upon leaving our premises.
	b.	You will indemnify Poppy’s Honey for all damage caused to persons and property in relation to use of the products and have insurance to cover any legal liabilities incurred as a result of the use of products.
5.	DELIVERY
	a.	Products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you immediately to confirm a scheduled delivery date.
	b.	Delivery dates and times will be agreed upon placement of order. Whilst every effort will be made to abide by the agreed date and time, Poppy’s Honey cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred by you (or other parties) as a result of the non-compliance with these delivery timeframes.
	c.	You will be responsible for all delivery charges.
	d.	The risk of loss and title for items shall pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6.	CLAIMS & REFUNDS
	a.	It is your responsibility to inspect and check the goods as soon as reasonably practicable after delivery to ensure that the quality, condition, quantity and specifications of the goods conform to the original order. Any claims must be made (in writing) within 48 hours.
7.	INTEGRITY OF OUR PRODUCTS
	a.	In the best interests of the integrity of Poppy’s Honey, products may only be sold by you (either directly or through third parties) through approved channels, such approval to be written. Products may not be sold through ebay or online auction sites. Products may only be sold through markets with the specific written approval of Poppy’s Honey.
	b.	The products will not be tampered with in any respect unless written approval is received.
	c.	The minimum RRP must be adhered to (periodic sales are at your discretion).
8.	COPYRIGHT
	a.	The text and images used by Poppy’s Honey (including www.poppyshoney.com.au), unless otherwise stated, are the property of Poppy’s Honey and are protected by copyright law.
	b.	Except to the extent permitted by relevant copyright legislation, you must not use, copy, modify, transmit, store, publish or distribute the material used by Poppy’s Honey (including www.poppyshoney.com.au), or create any other material using material used by Poppy’s Honey (including www.poppyshoney.com.au), without obtaining the prior written consent of Poppy’s Honey. Trade marks (whether registered or unregistered) and logos must not be used or modified in any way without obtaining the prior written consent of Poppy’s Honey.
